Erika Vejar was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico.  An immigrant, herself, she believes her ties to her family and Mexican heritage are the cornerstones of her firm’s mission.

Erika Vejar specializes in all facets of immigration law. She earned her Juris Doctor Degree from the SouthwesternUniversity School of Law and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, Law and Society fromUniversity of California, Riverside, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Attorney Vejar has more than 10 years experience in the field of immigration law. For the past 8 years, Erika Vejar has worked extensively in the areas of complex removal defense cases and in all areas of family based immigration, but with a particular focus on cases that involve detained aliens.
